Make packages and/or write letters to missionaries, especially the ones serving in your ward currently!

Each person creates a vision board that inspires them to achieve personal goals. Use the 4 goals (Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual) and bring lots of magazines and printed images to cut out and paste onto a board.

Each bring or share a few favorite things, such as snacks, songs, hobbies, or inexpensive items. A fun way to discover new things and get to know one another.

Invite returned missionaries to share stories, photos, and experiences from their missions. Sample foods from different countries and learn about cultures around the world.

For all the new girls coming into Young Women in January, have them and their moms over for "brunch" as a whole YW group, just leaders, etc.. Play "get-to-know-you" games, give them a welcome gift and let them ask any questions.

Have ward members dress up in disguises and the youth have to run around the mall finding as many ward members as they can.

Visit a local corn maze and work in teams to find your way out. Finish the night with hot chocolate and fall treats.

Decorate sugar cookies using frosting, sprinkles, and fun designs. Compete for the most creative, beautiful, or hilarious cookie.

Find someone to instruct the group in creating beautiful arrangements to either deliver to widows in the ward or to their mothers on Mother's Day.

Invite a skincare expert or makeup artist to do a presentation and the girls can ask all kinds of questions.

Print and cut out as many ward member faces as you can collect and play a friendly game of "Guess Who?". The goal is to get to know your ward family better, put a face to a name (or a name to a face), and help the greeters be able to say a person's name when they greet them on Sunday morning.

Decorate taper candles with colorful wax designs, flowers, or patterns. Everyone takes home a personalized candle.

Survey the girls or ward members beforehand and create a custom Family Feud game. Divide into teams and compete to guess the most popular answers.

Connect with the Relief Society President to determine a few RS sisters who need some extra love. For an entire month, make treats, flower arrangements, cards, etc, and drop them off each evening and end with a dinner together. This is great in a ward with many widows. You can choose multiple women or one RS sister for each YW.

Come with a unique charcuterie board.

Learning manners, everyone shows up fancy, etc.

Gather and talk about what activities excite them the most.
